There are Lots of Swimsuit Coverup Options Available
Looking for the perfect swimsuit coverup for playing on the
beach or working around the pool? There are many options available these days,
more that you probably realize. When researching this article I came across a
few that I’d never heard of before. This article will show you a few cover up
options, and if you want to pick one up, head over to the

for links to stores that sell gorgeous swimsuits and cover-ups!
- Sarong: Long piece of
fabric you can wrap around your waist as a whimsical kind of skirt. Usually
quite short, falling to the top of your thighs. You can get them in just
about any color combination you can think of, so it’s not difficult to match
it to your swimsuit.
- Pareo: I’d never heard
of this one before. It’s very similar to a sarong, just much longer,
falling to your ankles. You can also use it as a sundress by tying the ends
around your neck. Usually they are fairly see-through, but you can find
opaque ones if that’s your preference.
- Mesh Jackets/Sundresses:
completely see through, but very flattering on most body types.
- Tunic wrap: I’ve only
seen this available for plus-size women, but it’s similar to a jacket. Ties
in front and looks great.
- Short sets: you can get
mesh/see-thru or regular short sets in all kinds of colors that don’t look
like they were made for your grandmother. Great for playing volleyball on
the beach.
- Opaque sundresses:
usually too short to wear out on the town (unless you’re adventurous) but
perfect for covering up your swimsuit when arriving to and leaving the beach
or the pool.
I hope that gives you a better idea of what’s out there.
I’m sure you’ll find the perfect swimsuit cover up for you. Happy shopping!
